Theyazin Charity Care – Hack for Humanity: Coding Challenge Empowers Refugees
In a world where technology shapes the future, refugees often find themselves on the margins, excluded from the digital opportunities that could transform their lives. Recognizing this gap, Theyazin Charity Care is launching the "Hack for Humanity" Coding Challenge, a global initiative designed to empower refugees through technology, providing them with the skills and opportunities to rebuild their lives and contribute meaningfully to society.
💻 What Is "Hack for Humanity"?
"Hack for Humanity" is an international coding challenge that invites refugees and displaced individuals to participate in a series of workshops and collaborative projects aimed at developing tech solutions to address real-world problems. Participants will have the opportunity to learn coding skills, work alongside mentors, and create innovative solutions that can make a tangible impact in their communities.
🌍 Why Focus on Refugees?
According to the UNHCR, over 82 million people worldwide are displaced due to conflict and persecution. Among them, a significant number are young individuals with untapped potential. By providing refugees with access to technology and education, we can unlock their creativity and resilience, enabling them to contribute to the digital economy and break the cycle of displacement.
